MILITARY
Active and retired U.S. military personnel, veterans, and their immediate families receive 20% off subscription prices through Theatre Communications Group's Blue Star Theatres program. Please type in the code MILITARYSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount. 

EDUCATOR
Current full-time educators receive 20% off subscription prices. Proof of current employment is required. Please send either a copy of your teacher's ID from an accredited educational institution or a recent pay stub (with any private information blocked out). You can mail that with your renewal form, or email it as an attachment at boxoffice@auroratheatre.org. Please type in the code EDUCATORSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount. 

35 & UNDER
Patrons 35 and under can subscribe for half-price! We will need a valid ID with proof of age for each patron requesting the discount. You can include this with your order form, or e-mail it as an attachment to boxoffice@auroratheatre.org. Please type the code 35UNDERSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount.

STUDENT
We offer a deeply discounted subscription to students. Tickets are $15 per play.  We will need a valid School ID for Each Patron getting the discount. You can include this with your order form, or e-mail it as an attachment to boxoffice@auroratheatre.org Please type the code STUDENTSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount.

WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS SHOULD I USE?
Please use the same email address we have on file. If you need to, request that your password be reset. If you create a new account with a different email address, it will be more difficult for us to match up your new account with your original information.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Once you have completed your subscription purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that lists your dates, times, and seat locations on it.

HOW DO I REQUEST A SEAT OR DAY OF THE WEEK CHANGE?
If you want to make changes to your subscription renewal, the second page of the process has a dedicated section for you to detail your requested changes. We will process these changes after the initial renewal deadline has passed in order to maximize the options for you.

I HAVE A QUESTION - CAN I CALL THE BOX OFFICE?
If you have questions or issues you are certainly welcome to contact the Box Office. We can be reached at 510.843.4822 and boxoffice@auroratheatre.org. While we are unable to directly answer calls we do strive to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. Email is just as effective.

CAN I MAIL YOU A CHECK?
Yes, though there may be a short delay as we are still working outside of the office somedays of the week.

CAN I GET A PRINTED FORM?
Yes. All returning subscribers have been mailed a printed form. If you have not received yours or are a new subscriber, please contact the Box Office to request one.
